Inspire your followers while shopping
In a world where visual content is becoming increasingly important, we want to encourage and help you make your mark on the latest trends and inspire your followers. The photo spot, or photo booths, are designed with various themes and colours to provide you with the opportunity to create unique, personal, and aesthetically stunning photos.
The use of Instagram is crucial in this digital age. With over a billion active users per month, Instagram is the platform of choice for sharing green creativity and reaching a global community of plant lovers.
How does it work?
The idea behind the photo spot is simple - Create your own green oasis or setting and share it with the world:
1. Use a photo booth of your choice. You can find the photo booths at our GTC across from Dillewijn (Note: The photo spot is free of charge to use).
2. Choose your favourite plants and accessories to create the perfect setting. From tropical jungles to minimalist zen gardens, the possibilities are endless.
3. Capture your creation with the perfect photo! Below are some tips to create the most Instagram-worthy photos.
4. Tag us! @waterdrinker_aalsmeer - Tag us in your post so we can repost your creation on our own channel. Extra engagement... who doesn't want that?
Tips for the perfect photo
1. Play with light: Look for natural light to capture the vibrancy of the plants.
2. Composition is key: Experiment with different angles and compositions for a unique perspective. Use items available in the photo booth or accessories form the GTC. After use, or if you opt not to purchase any of the utilized items, kindly return those products.
3. Focus on details: Emphasize the unique features of plants and accessories. Think about leaf shape, colour compositions, and texture.
4. Create contrast: Combine different textures and colours to achieve visually appealing contrast. For example, place a lush green plant next to a sleek accessory.
5. Seasonal influences: Vary the photo booths with seasonal plants and decorations to capture a sense of change and renewal. Think of blooming flowers in spring or warm autumn colours in the fall.
6. Capture movement: Allow plants to gently move in the photo to add a sense of liveliness and freshness.
